Failed Sump Pump, Flooded this Basement in Stearns, County MN

This before picture may not look like much, but water can cause havoc on your carpet, pad, drywall, and trim if left unnoticed. In this scenario, the sump pump failed and with lots of rain, several gallons of water got into this homes basement. SERVPRO of Douglas & Otter Tail Counties came out to extract the water from the carpet and pad, than remove the carpet and pad, drywall, and trim, to open the structure up to quickly dry it out. With a few new sheets of drywall, and new carpet laid, this basement will be back to normal in no time.
