This Franchise food chain in Douglas County was dealing with some microbial growth in their basement storage room. They called SERVPRO of Douglas and Otter Tail Counties to come in and help with the problem. With microbial growth this large, special actions had to be taken. We called in the help of a hygienist to help create the best action plan for removing the mold, and also had to find special, non-scented mold and mildew paint so painting could be done during business hours. With taking the appropriate steps, this restaurant was back to new in no time, and no operation hours were lost.
