Excellent job cleaning up soot damage throughout house.

SERVPRO has helped out the theater twice in very important ways! Both times involved damage from fires. One was a smoldering on a basement cork floor that left smoke damage and required replacing flooring. The larger job was lobby, auditorium, backstage, dressing rooms, makeup room and tech booth smoke remediation from the late winter downtown fires in the 500 block of Broadway. Smoke made its way into all the cracks, crevices, and surfaces in those areas. Within 30 minutes of our call for help the day the fire was extinguished the hardworking crew was putting up air vacuums; they rapidly tackled carpet shampooing, seat cleaning, wall cleaning and a thorough cleaning of the box office. All of this with minimal staff downtime. Their phrase "Like it never even happened." is more than true!

Smoke from a fire down the block in downtown Alexandria billowed until about 3:30 p.m. when I could get into the theatre. My first call was SERVPRO. Within 30 minutes they were at the theatre with air vacuums. Two days later their crew was shampooing the carpet and 368 theatre seats. They acted as contractor for other smoke remediation services. They are currently washing down walls and surfaces. The are amazing with continual checking in with us. Their customer service and thorough cleaning services are beyond reproach. Thank you SERVPRO!
